Prices charged by the site are subject to change without notice. Prices are not guaranteed for a particular order until the Customer’s credit card has been successfully charged for the order.
 
Privacy Policy
Bova, Inc. respects Customer’s privacy. When placing an order, Customer provides information including Customer’s name, telephone number, email address, mailing address, as well as order recipient name, telephone number, email address and mailing address (“Private Information”). Bova, Inc. will not sell, barter, lease, rent, donate or share Customer’s Private Information. Bova, Inc. will provide customer’s Private Information solely to enable the fulfillment of Customer’s Order.
 
Copyright Protection
Customer acknowledges that the images submitted and utilized by Customer to compose an order are not copyrighted by a third party or, if copyrighted, Customer has secured the right to use the image for the order Customer is placing. Customer indemnifies Bova, Inc. for any copyright infringement caused by order(s) placed by Customer. Customer indemnifies Bova, Inc. from and against all claims by a third party and resulting costs for copyright infringement related to Customer’s order including, but not limited to, lawsuits, claims, losses, legal costs, court costs, travel expenses, fines, damages, licensing fees and other costs.
 
Offensive Content
Customer agrees to not compose orders containing Offensive Content. Offensive Content includes images or text that are (1) obscene, slanderous, deceptive or pornographic (2) offensive to or disparaging of racial, ethnic, religious, or other groups, (3) inflammatory, (4) defined as obscene or offensive by applicable local, state or federal laws, (5) advocates illegal activities or (6) is harmful to minors in any way. Customer agrees that Bova, Inc. may determine at their own discretion what content it deems Offensive Content. Customer agrees that Bova, Inc. may choose to not produce any order that contains Offensive Content.
 
Accuracy of Colors
Bova, Inc. strives to render orders as accurately as possible during the order entry process. However, Customer acknowledges that colors in the actual printed product may vary due to monitor settings, data transmission errors, rendering engine errors, printer variations, and other factors. Customer acknowledges that delivered product may not be an exact color match to the rendered image on the Internet Site or to the photos submitted. Customer indemnifies Bova, Inc. for any costs Customer incurs as a result of variances in color reproduction including, but not limited to, returns, lost income, discounts, and punitive damages.
 
Ordering & Artwork Policy
Once your order has been placed and photos have been received, your order cannot be cancelled. When deemed necessary, Bova, Inc. will send to Customer artwork proofs that need to be approved by Customer. We will strive to improve to the quality of the photo, i.e. remove red-eye, scratches, etc. as best as we can, however we cannot guarantee that we can do so. Once Customer has approved final artwork, artwork cannot be changed or change fee will apply to re-do order in the case that the order has not been shipped. If order has been shipped, and a change needs to be made, it constitutes a new order.
 
Our Guarantee
Our goal is to offer only the finest personalized gifts available, ones that will create lasting memories and provide years of enjoyment. Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 30 days of delivery date in order to receive a replacement. Personalized items are not exchangeable or refundable. We only provide replacements in the event of defects or damages reported within 30 days of delivery date.
