1. We collect information from our existing customers when they order catalogs through our "Request a Catalog Form". This is done so we can confirm they are an existing customer.
2. We collect information from potential new customers who choose to fill out our "Sign Up for Our E-Mail Specials Form". We need this information to see if you meet our customer requirements.
3. Within the "Sign Up for Our E-Mail Specials Form" we ask if you would like to be sent e-mails when specials are announced.
4. Within the "Order Form" we collect information about the credit card you wish to authorize for payments of purchases from Customphotogiftshop.com (Bova, Inc.)
